Who we are

"365 Challenges for You" is an app that gives you a daily challenge to complete, with the ability to write reflections and track your streak.

What data do we collect?

Without sign-in (default): All data is stored locally on your device only. This includes completed challenges, reflections, streak statistics, language preference, and install date. We do not have access to this data.

With optional sign-in: If you choose to sign in with Apple or Google, the following data is collected:

• Your  user ID (a unique identifier provided by Apple or Google)
• Your name and email address (if you choose to share them via Apple's or Googles sign-in prompt)

When signed in, the following data is synced to our server to enable cloud backup and cross-device syncing:

• Completed challenges
• Reflections you have written
• Install date
• Language preference

No tracking

We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking tools.

How is your data used?

Your data is used solely to provide a functioning app experience — show your progress, save reflections, count your streak, and (if signed in) sync your data across devices.

Sharing with third parties

We do not share personal data with third parties. However, we use trusted service providers to operate the app (such as Supabase for secure data storage). These providers only process data on our behalf and do not have permission to use it for their own purposes

Data retention

If you are signed in, your data is stored on our server and used to provide the app’s functionality. If you sign out, your data remains stored but is no longer actively used. You can delete your account at any time, which permanently removes all associated server‑side data..

Account deletion

You can delete your account directly in the app’s settings. When you choose Delete account, all your server‑side data is permanently removed from our system. This action cannot be undone.

Children's Privacy

The app does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted in the app.

2. Description of the service

The app offers daily challenges for personal development. You can mark challenges as completed, write reflections, and optionally sign in to sync your progress across devices.

3. Usage

You agree to:

• Use the app for personal, non-commercial use
• Not attempt to manipulate, copy, or distribute the app's content

4. Content

All content (challenges, texts, images) belongs to the app's creator and is protected by copyright.

5. Accounts and sign-in

Sign‑in is optional. If you sign in with Apple or Google, your progress is synced to our server. You can sign out at any time. You can also delete your account directly in the app’s settings, which permanently removes all server‑side data associated with your account.

6. Data storage

Without sign‑in, all data is stored locally on your device. If you uninstall the app, your local data will be lost.

With sign‑in, your data is also stored on our server, allowing you to restore your progress if you reinstall the app or switch devices. If you choose to delete your account in the app’s settings, all server‑side data associated with your account is permanently removed.

7. Disclaimer

• The app is provided "as is" without warranty
• We are not responsible for any data loss
• The challenges are suggestions — you are responsible for your own actions

8. Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
